AllClip is a web-based tool that enables users to download publicly accessible video and audio content from various internet platforms. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLCLIP AND ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0 (ZERO DOLLARS), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllClip, its operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9. Service Availability & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or uses the Service in a manner that could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

10. Third-Party Platforms

AllClip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party platforms from which content may be downloaded (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.). All trademarks, service marks, and platform names belong to their respective owners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
